I always get so excited to see this sweet family. I met Brianna when she was pregnant, we took maternity photos in Old Town and I heard all about their story of bringing sweet Macklin into the world. Fast-forward a couple years, now he is a walking, talking, machine!

I truly thought about cancelling the day of our session. As I drove into Great Falls, the fog was so thick, I could not even see down the C&O Canal dirt trail that runs past the historic house. I’m so glad I decided to continue, because these photos are EPIC. The fog was brilliant in showcasing their holiday reds and whites, and created the perfect blank canvas for Mack to show off all his cuteness. So much laughter. Those smiles are all genuine.

Mack and his parents are such a delight. I’m so happy we found the time to fit their photos in before the end of the year!
