 Battlefield Fall Family Session

This was my first time meeting the Brewer family, and let me tell you, these boys were a trip! I had such a blast!

We had the PERFECT evening at the Manassas Battlefield for our mini session. I am *still* obsessed with the neutral color palette they chose set against the golds and creams of the late Fall foliage.

Clients will often ask if mini sessions give us enough time for a good variety of images. This is a great blog post to look through if you are deciding between a mini or standard session! When kids are little, it’s often hard for them to focus longer than 30 minutes or so. I find minis to be the perfect length to keep everyone happy while getting a good variety of shots for your final gallery. It also helps to keep the kids super engaged while shooting–do fun poses, ask them to snuggle, make funny faces and give them plenty of breaks as you move from pose to pose.
